Russian strike hits Zaporizhzhia suburb overnight Sunday

In the early hours of Sunday, July 23, the Russian occupation forces launched four missiles targeting the outskirts of Zaporizhzhia with four missiles.

The head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Yuriy Malashko reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform saw.

"This night, Russian troops attacked the outskirts of the regional center and the Zaporizhzhia district with four missiles - there were no casualties reported," he noted.

In total, the enemy launched 69 attacks on 20 peaceful settlements across Zaporizhzhia region.

So far, damage was confirmed to 12 civilian objects: households and other property of local residents.

Also, with 61 artillery strikes, Russian troops targeted homes and communication networks in Hulyaipole, Novodarivka, Orikhiv, Preobrazhenka, Levadne, Mala Tokmachka, Stepnohirsk, Kamianske, Stepove, Pyatikhatky, and Lobkove.

Temyrivka, Novodarivka and Bilenke were hit by Russian anti-aircraft guns, and Hulyaipilske – by enemy aircraft.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on Saturday, July 22, Russian propagandist Rostislav Zhuravlev, a war correspondent with RIA Novosti, was liquidated in the temporarily occupied territory.
