Enemy constantly shelling de-occupied villages and towns of Luhansk region
"What situation can be the in the de-occupied villages and towns, if they are constantly under fire? Thank God there are no killed, no injured. The only thing that saves is that people hide in the right places and therefore remain unharmed. The Administration, together with law enforcement agencies and the military, takes all measures to support people who still refuse to leave dangerous territories," Artem Lysohor, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, told a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine–Ukrinform.
People are regularly supplied with water, food, hygiene items, and fuel for generators, he added.
"Our representative is constantly there. It has become a little difficult to deliver everything we need, but we continue to do it, no matter what. The enemy hits logistics, the Armed Forces, and hits directly the populated settlements," said the head of the region.
