
Russians shell two communities in Sumy region

Russian troops shelled two communities in Ukraine's northern Sumy region on Sunday, July 9.
The regional military administration reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Throughout the day, the Russians launched two mortar attacks. Eleven explosions were recorded. The Bilopillia and Seredyna-Buda communities came under fire," the post said.
The Russians launched six mines in the Seredyna-Buda community.
The enemy also fired mortars at the Billopillia community, with five explosions recorded.
According to preliminary information, no casualties or destruction of civilian infrastructure were recorded.
On July 8, Russian invaders launched 11 attacks on the border area of the Sumy region, with 54 explosions recorded.
