Russian army fires 67 times in Zaporizhzhia region, killing woman

Over the past day, July 6, the Russian army fired 67 times at 11 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing a 56-year-old woman.

Yuriy Malashko, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, said this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Russian troops fired 67 times at 11 cities and villages in the Zaporizhzhia region. Currently, there are 20 reports of the destruction of residential infrastructure," the statement reads.

An air strike hit Novodarivka, the enemy attacked Poltava twice with a UAV, made seven attacks with MLRS in Hulyaipole, Novodarivka and Malynivka, and fired 57 artillery shells at Hulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Chervone, Charivne, Poltava, Preobrazhenka, Kamianske and other frontline villages.

"Unfortunately, a 56-year-old woman sustained fatal injuries in Hulyaipole," noted Malashko.

As reported, in the temporarily occupied Berdiansk district of the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian invaders set up a military base on the territory of the Vesna children's sanatorium, with military equipment in close proximity to residential buildings.
