Air defense units down 12 Shahed drones out of 18 launched at night

On the night of July 7, 2023, the Russian occupation forces attacked Ukraine with Shahed-136/131 Iranian-made combat drones from the south-eastern direction (Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Krasnodar Territory). The Air Force destroyed 12 UAVs.
"A total of 18 Shahed drones were launched. Air defense units worked in the southern and eastern regions," the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Telegram.
As a result of combat operations by units of anti-aircraft missile forces, fighter aircraft, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force, 12 Shahed-136/131 combat drones were destroyed.
