Missile attack on Pervomayskyi: Almost 2,000 apartments damaged

Almost 2,000 apartments and infrastructure facilities were damaged as a result of the enemy's missile attack on Pervomayskyi town in Kharkiv region.

“About 2,000 apartments, a kindergarten, a school, and a courthouse were damaged as a result of the strike. A large number of residents suffered damage to their personal property of various degrees," Pervomayskyi Mayor Mykola Baksheyev posted on Telegram.

He noted that the community will soon receive construction kits for closing the contours of windows and doors and carrying out repairs. Also, the owners of damaged housing will receive humanitarian aid in the form of food kits and drinking water.

As reported, around 13:35 on July 4, the Russians shelled the town of Pervomayskyi. According to the regional prosecutor's office, the invaders fired an Iskander missile. As a result of the terrorist act, 43 people were injured, including 12 children (two of them are babies). According to medical personnel, the condition of the 10-month-old boy, who was admitted to the intensive care unit, has been stabilized. Other children received minor shrapnel injuries, bruises, and scratches.

As of the morning of July 5, seven victims remain in hospitals.

Windows, balconies, and doors in eight apartment blocks were damaged as a result of the missile attack, and eight cars were destroyed.
