When attempting to enter Ukraine’s territory, Russians kill two civilians in Sumy region

The Operational Command North reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

The Russian troops committed another terrorist act against the local population of Sumy region, the report says.

"On July 3, it became known about the death of two residents of a border settlement, another resident was injured as the enemy was attempting to enter the territory of our state. Not having achieved the goal, the enemy, in its usual manner, opened fire on the civilian population with the aim of intimidation," the command said.

The investigation into the circumstances of the crime is ongoing.

The command urged residents of the border area to evacuate from dangerous districts and settlements located close to the enemy in order to minimize the threat to life and health.
