Maliar: Defense forces prevent aggressor from advancing in Donetsk, Luhansk regions

In the eastern direction, the defense forces control the situation and prevent the enemy from advancing in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
"The situation in eastern frontiers is tense today but is under control. Our defenders do not give the enemy any chance to advance through Donetsk region and Luhansk region," Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliar posted on Telegram.
Earlier, Maliar stated that the defense forces of Ukraine continue to carry out offensive operations in Melitopol and Berdiansk directions where they had partial success over the past day and gained a foothold on the achieved frontiers.
