The Ukrainian formula of peace provides the withdrawal of Russian troops from the entire territory of Ukraine, and no negotiations with the Russians are possible until then.

Andriy Yermak, the head of the President's Office, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"There will be no negotiations with Russia while their troops are in Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky's peace formula provides for the withdrawal of Russian troops from the entire territory of Ukraine," the head of the Presidential Administration emphasized.

According to him, work is also underway to ensure that countries such as Brazil and India also implement the Ukrainian peace plan.

As reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky said at a press conference with leaders of a number of African countries on June 16 that the Russian Federation was considering negotiations to freeze the conflict and accumulate forces and further expand its aggression. Therefore, diplomatic negotiations, according to the head of state, are impossible as long as Russians are on Ukrainian land.
