
Six people injured in shelling of Kherson

As a result of the shelling of Kherson on June 16, at least six people were injured, an apartment block, the administrative building of healthcare and educational institutions, vehicles, and power lines were damaged.
"According to the investigation data, around 13:00 on June 16, the Russian military began shelling massively residential areas in Kherson city. Currently, at least six injured citizens are known. The data are being verified," the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reports.
As noted, an apartment block, the administrative building of healthcare and educational institutions, vehicles, and power lines were damaged in the shelling.
A pre-trial investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war has been initiated.
Shelling continues, the prosecutor's office added.
