In the temporarily Russian-occupied Hola Prystan community of Kherson region, the death toll from flooding has risen to six.

That's according to the Hola Prystan City Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.

According to the military administration, the death of two more people has been confirmed.

"According to available and confirmed information, the number of deaths from flooding in our community is six people. Our condolences to the families and friends," the statement said.

It is noted that the community needs drinking water, food, dry clothes, medicines and hygiene products. Humanitarian aid is being provided by volunteers and concerned residents.

As of the morning of June 14, the water level in the eastern part of Hola Prystan is high, making it impossible to access households. In some parts, the water reaches up to 1 meter. The area of the central part of the city on Chornomorska, Hastello, Ozerna, Ushakova, Radisna, and Oleshkivska streets remain flooded, with water levels reaching up to 1 meter in some places. The situation is similar in the area of streets where some households are located in low-lying areas, in particular, Honcharova, Vysovina, Komarova streets, and Torhovyi lane.

Most parts of the city have transportation and access to other areas. Power supply has been restored in non-flooded areas of the city. The area of Larionova, Budivelnykiv and partially Pushkina streets is almost without water, and it is possible to access households.

In the villages of Kardashynka and Kokhany, the situation is improving, but there is still no access to households. In the villages of Velyka and Mala Kardashynka, the situation has stabilized - the water has almost gone away, and there is a connection.
