The Russian invasion forces attacked Ukraine’s Poltava region in the early hours of Saturday, launching Iskander-type ballistic and cruise missiles, as well as Iranian-made one-way attack drones.

That’s according to the head of the Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin, who broke the news on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"There’s some damage," he wrote in a brief posting.

As the head of the administration noted, the fire was partially contained by emergency response team. Measures are being taken to eliminate the consequences of strikes.
