The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine released a video showing that almost the entire Kakhovka HPP is already under water.

The video was released on the Telegram channel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

"Almost the entire Kakhovka HPP is now under water," the post reads.

As reported, on the night of June 6, the Russians blew up the Kakhovka HPP dam. In Kherson region, the evacuation of people from dangerous places, which are at risk of flooding, has begun.

In Kherson city, the electricity supply to Korabel (Ostriv) microdistrict has been cut off. Gas supply will also be cut off in a few hours for safety reasons. Hidropark and Naftohavan areas in the city have already been flooded. The bedridden and people with reduced mobility are taken to hospitals. Eight villages in the region have been flooded.

Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin reported that the following settlements were flooded completely or partially as of 07:30: Tiahynka, Lvove, Odradokamyanka in Beryslav district, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Tokarivka, Poniativka, Bilozerka, Kherson city’s Ostriv microdistrict in Kherson district.
