Three civilians were killed and one civilian received shrapnel injuries to the neck, arms, and legs in a Russian bombardment of the village of Novoyehorivka, Svatove district, Luhansk region.

"A woman born in 1977 was hospitalized in Kharkiv. Yesterday, an enemy projectile hit a private house in which people were staying, and a fire broke out. Unfortunately, it was impossible to save people from the burning rubble due to heavy artillery fire," Artem Lysohor, Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

According to his information, the invaders have been using tactical aviation almost continuously to bomb the liberated settlements of Svatove district in recent days. The day before, another private house was destroyed in the village of Nevske as a result of a Russian air raid. Its inhabitants evacuated in time.

The Administration’s head called on the residents of Kolomyichykha and Krasnorichenske communities to leave for safe regions, noting that all necessary assistance will be provided.

According to the regional administration data, even the territories captured nine years ago remain without the usual advantages of civilization for weeks, and sometimes even months. For example, cold water supply is provided for several hours a day.

The situation is even worse in the territories captured by Russian troops last year: only things that could be quickly repaired without investing money and effort work. In particular, in Lysychansk, the invaders have not repaired the electricity supply and do intend to repair it.

As reported, in Lyman direction, the Russians conducted unsuccessful offensive operations in the area north of Spirne. Stelmakhivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka in Luhansk region; Ivanivka and Spirne in Donetsk region came under enemy artillery fire.
