Enemy lost 127 soldiers killed, 137 wounded in Bakhmut direction in past day

"The occupiers suffered very heavy losses. In Bakhmut direction in just one day, as of 11:00 on February 2, the enemy lost 127 people killed and 137 wounded," Colonel Serhii Cherevatyi, spokesman for the Eastern Group of Armed Forces of Ukraine, said during an online briefing at the Military Media Center.

The situation in Luhansk direction is similar. The number of wounded is constantly increasing, there are no longer enough hospitals or doctors to help them, the spokesman added.

Earlier, Cherevatyi said that the Russians even use maternity hospitals in the occupied territories to treat wounded personnel.
