Politically and mentally Russia is still not mature enough to hold real talks and withdraw troops from Ukraine.

The relevant statement was made by Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“D — demoralization. War support in RF is decreasing. In society, an opinion is starting to form: ‘time to end it’. Politically and mentally Russia is still not mature enough to real negotiations and troops withdrawal,” Podolyak wrote.

However, in his words, this will happen immediately as Ukrainian forces liberate Donetsk or Luhansk.

Earlier, Podolyak noted that Ukraine would speak with Russians in a language of perfect ultimatum, which is called the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
