Russians hit Mykolaiv with S-300 missiles, killing one person

Russian troops last night launched a rocket attack on Mykolaiv, killing a man.
Vitaliy Kim, head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Last night, Mykolaiv was again fired upon with S-300 missiles. A two-story building was hit. A man's body was found under the rubble. Search and rescue operations are ongoing," Kim said.
According to him, as of 06:20, power supply was restored in the city.
Kim said that a flower market had been destroyed by shelling.
