Ukraine Army takes fire control of enemy crossings near Darivka, Hola Prystan

The Ukrainian military have eliminated 35 more Russian invaders and destroyed four infantry fighting vehicles in southern Ukraine. In Kherson Region, they established fire control over enemy crossings near such settlements as Darivka and Hola Prystan.

The relevant statement was made by the South Operational Command on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Last night the missile and artillery units completed over 150 fire missions aimed at enemy personnel, ammunition and equipment, and two crossings near Darivka and Hola Prystan. All crossings are now under the fire control of the [Ukrainian] defense forces. The enemy’s confirmed losses include 35 rashists and four infantry fighting vehicles,” the report states.

According to the South Operational Command, the situation in the Southern Bug operational zone remains tense but stable and controlled by the Ukrainian defense forces.

On the night of September 6, 2022, Russian troops struck Mykolaiv Region’s Bereznehuvate community with the Smerch multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). A silo was damaged with heavy artillery, but no casualties among civilians were reported.

Russian invaders also fired over 20 Grad rockets at Nikopol District.

In the morning of September 6, 2022, the Russian military used strategic aviation to fire five cruise missiles at the territory of Ukraine from the northern part of the Caspian Sea.

Four enemy Kh-101 missiles were detected and destroyed by the Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense units over Mykolaiv Region. One Russian missile hit an oil depot in Kryvyi Rih, having caused a huge fire. Firefighters are working at the scene, but the situation is controlled. According to the preliminary data, no casualties were reported.

Russia’s naval group in the Black Sea is remaining unchanged, carrying 16 Kalibr-type cruise missiles.
