Civil infrastructure damaged in Russia’s missile attack on Zaporizhzhia

Last night Russian troops launched a missile attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia, having caused damage to civil infrastructure.

The relevant statement was made by Zaporizhzhia Acting Mayor Anatolii Kurtiev on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Currently, six apartment blocks are known to have the windows blown out and the window frames broken. Relevant municipal services are already working at the scene,” the report states.

Fortunately, there are no casualties among civilians.

A reminder that Russian troops struck the city of Zaporizhzhia twice last night, at midnight and around 04:00 a.m. Russian projectiles hit infrastructure facilities in Zaporizhzhia’s Shvchenkivskyi District and near Komunarskyi District. No casualties were reported.
