Russian forces shelling houses, robbing civilians in Luhansk region

The police have recorded 33 facts of destruction of civilian objects by the Russian troops in the Luhansk region in the past day.

The relevant report was released by the National Police of Ukraine, according to Ukrinform.

On July 21, the police of Luhansk region received reports about destruction as a result of shelling by the Russian troops in the cities of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne, Popasna, Hirske, Zolote, Voronov and Metiolkine.

Apartments, private houses, a dormitory and a building of one of the educational institutions, a private clinic, a building and a small architectural form of service institutions, garages and cars have been destroyed or damaged.

The police also continue to receive reports from citizens about the seizure of vehicles by representatives of the occupying forces in the temporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region. Six such cases have been recorded. Nine cars have been stolen.

In addition, six reports were received from business managers, who reported the seizure of administrative buildings and property that remained in the Luhansk region and are now illegally used by Russians.
