Shot in back of head: Body of another civilian killed by Russians found in Kyiv region

Near the village of Vyshehrad, Kyiv region, police found the body of a civilian who was shot in the back of the head by the Russian military.

"The other day, a man's body was found in a forest near the village of Vyshehrad, where the Russian army was stationed. According to preliminary data, the aggressors shot a civilian in the head with a firearm," the Kyiv region police posted on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

Police established that a 41-year-old resident of Volyn region last year came to work as a builder in the village of Kolonshchyna near Makariv. He went missing in the area where the invaders were stationed.

According to Andriy Nebytov, the Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kyiv region, law enforcement officers already found the victim's sister.

The body of the victim was sent for forensic examination to determine the final cause of death. In the future it will be handed over to relatives for burial.

As reported, the bodies of more than 1,300 civilians killed by Russian invaders were exhumed in Kyiv region, while the identities of more than 200 people remain unknown.
