More than 200 people abducted by invaders in Zaporizhzhia region

A total of 213 civilians have been abducted by aggressors in Zaporizhzhia region since the Russian invasion of Ukraine began.

"For the period of Russian military aggression, as of the evening of April 28, the Administration’s commission recorded 213 abductions of civilians. Of them, 88 people are still held hostage," the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration posted on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

During the week, 20 civilians were released. A total of 125 people returned from captivity, nine of whom were released as a result of the exchange.

As reported, law enforcement officers investigate the abduction of two British volunteers, who helped to organize evacuation corridors in Zaporizhzhia region, by Russian invaders.
