Ukrinform
The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) released a video with a Russian POW who stated that the Russian army had a direct instruction to shoot civilians in Ukraine.

"The Russian Army has a direct instruction to shoot civilians in Ukraine. The same carte blanche – to shoot Russian military, who refuses to kill women and children. One of the Russian invaders, who was shot dead by his fellow soldiers, speaks about this on video taken by SBU,” the SBU press service informed on Telegram.

It is noted that on the first day of the war, the column of this invader was ordered to encircle Kharkiv, and that all civilians who tried to leave were shot. "But when Ukrainian security forces arrived on the scene and a fight broke out, two Russians came to the aid of the wounded woman. Their colleagues did not appreciate such a manifestation of humanity and opened fire on their fellow soldiers. A woman and an officer were killed, and a soldier on video was wounded in the legs. And he survived, because he was taken away by the daughter of the murdered Ukrainian woman," the special services informed.

The SBU notes that this man is an important witness to the atrocities of the invaders, which are documented by SBU investigators and will be brought to court

"Retribution for the war in Ukraine is inevitable! And our victory is just as inevitable! Glory to Ukraine," the SBU added.

The war against Russian invaders has been going on in Ukraine since February 24.
