The Russian military has begun attacking not only Ukrainian military facilities but also civilian infrastructure.

Mykhailo Podoliak, an adviser to the head of the President's Office, said this at a briefing on Thursday, February 24, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

"Russia's armed forces are not only attacking military infrastructure, but have already begun to strike at civilian infrastructure," he said.

In particular, a hospital in Vuhledar came under fire from multiple launch rocket systems.
