Zelensky: Ukraine will not make territorial concessions

President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine has neither the legal nor the moral right to cede its territories to Russia. The United States is working to find a compromise that will satisfy both sides.

The head of state announced this to journalists, according to a Ukrinform correspondent.

"Are we considering ceding any territories... We have no right under the law, under Ukrainian law, under our Constitution, under international law. We also have no moral right," he stressed.

The head of state noted that “Russia is definitely insisting that we give up territory.”
