Ukraine Supreme Court upholds ruling to strip immunity and permit MP Klyuyev’s arrest

Ukrainian Supreme Court has upheld the ruling on removal of immunity and permission to arrest MP Serhiy Klyuyev, head of the Supreme Court of Ukraine Yaroslav Romaniuk told a briefing, Ukrinform reports.

"The Supreme Court has passed a decision on Klyuyev’s case and it upheld the ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court which rejected Klyuyev’s appeal," said Romaniuk.

According to him, parliament has not violated the valid procedure.
