Croatia’s CROSCO to drill 12 wells in Ukraine

Ukraine’s state-run company Ukrgazvydobuvannia and Croatia’s CROSCO Integrated Drilling & Well Services Ltd have signed two contracts for drilling 12 new wells in Ukraine, reads a report posted on CROSCO’s website.

“CROSCO, Integrated drilling and Well Services Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce signing of contracts for drilling and well operations with Ukrainian state company Ukrgasvydobuvannya, one of the largest oil and gas business operators in Ukraine,” reads the report.

It is noted that the first contract for the drilling of six wells with a total value of 23.4 million euros (lot 10) was signed on June 6, 2017. The second contract, for another six wells, valued at 23.6 million euro (lot 8), was signed on July 4, 2017.

In particular, on June 6, 2017, CROSCO signed the first contract for drilling six wells, with total value of EUR 23.4 million (for Lot 10). The second contract for drilling separate six wells, with total value of EUR 23.6 million (for Lot 8) was signed on July 4, 2017.

Drilling operations are scheduled for the third quarter of year 2017. CROSCO plans to drill two wells per year on each Lot.
