Domestic ballistic missile program to change war and Ukraine’s global standing, DM Fedorov says

The deployment of Ukrainian-made ballistic weapons will transform the course of the Russia-Ukraine war and elevate Ukraine’s status on the world stage, according to Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov. He also said that funding for the development of ballistic missiles is fully secured.

Fedorov made the remarks during a television broadcast, as reported by Ukrinform.

“Ukrainian ballistic missiles will change everything in this war. They will also change Ukraine’s status in the world. We have already changed it many times, but this is a completely different league. That is why I do not want to raise expectations too high, nor do I want to reveal anything to our enemy. I can only quote our President, who said that Ukrainian ballistic missiles will exist and they will strike targets in Russia,” Fedorov said.

He also assured that Ukraine has sufficient funding for the production of ballistic missile systems.

“There are absolutely no financial problems with the development of Ukrainian ballistic missiles,” the Minister stated.
