"Russian terrorists carried out another strike on a humanitarian mission. The occupiers attacked vehicles of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society using a drone," the statement said.
Preliminary information indicates that a 50-year-old employee of the organization was injured in the attack.
Prokudin said Russia is once again demonstrating its "true nature" by targeting clearly marked volunteer transport, calling it a war crime.
He added that information about the condition of the injured person and the extent of the damage is still being clarified.
