Russians strike residential building in Kryvyi Rih: Two killed, infant among wounded
In Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian attack hit a residential building, leaving people dead and injured.
Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"A residential building was hit. There are dead and wounded," Vilkul stated.
Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, later confirmed that two people had been killed.
"Two people have died. The enemy attacked Kryvyi Rih. A fire broke out," Hanzha said.
The consequences are still being clarified.
Vilkul later reported that a Shahed-type drone had directly struck the residential building.
"Unfortunately, two people were killed — a 43-year-old man and a 65-year-old woman," he said.
According to Vilkul, a nine-month-old girl had her leg torn off. She was urgently evacuated to a hospital by ambulance and is receiving all necessary medical assistance.
The fire has already been extinguished, and emergency crews are dealing with the aftermath.
As Ukrinform reported, Russian forces attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 50 times during the day, leaving five people injured.
