Russian drone hits private house in Kharkiv, fire breaks out

A Russian drone strike set a private house on fire in one of Kharkiv’s districts.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

“As a result of a Shahed drone hitting a private house in the Novobavarskyi district, a fire broke out,” he wrote.

According to the Mayor, there have been no reports of casualties so far.

Terekhov added that another enemy strike targeted the Shevchenkivskyi district.

As reported by Ukrinform, Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Ukraine has not received official signals from Russia regarding a ceasefire. Despite this, Kyiv announced a ceasefire regime starting May 6 and called on Moscow to take real steps.
