Two people were killed and eight others injured in a Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Two people have now been confirmed dead as a result of the enemy attack," he wrote.
Emergency response efforts are ongoing. Meanwhile, Russian forces continue to strike the city, with drones currently attacking Zaporizhzhia.
Earlier reports said that airstrikes hit an industrial facility in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the city, setting a service station and a car wash on fire. One person was initially reported killed, and eight others were injured.
