Zelensky calls strike on military factory in Briansk fair response

President Volodymyr Zelensky called the strike on one of the Russian military factories in Briansk, which produced electronics and components for missiles, a fair response to the aggressor.

He said this in his address, Ukrinform reports.

“Today, Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi reported on the use of missiles and our responses, which were entirely justified responses to the aggressor,” he said. According to the president, the report discussed the results of missile strikes by Ukrainian forces on targets in Russia.

“Our soldiers have struck one of the important Russian military factories in Briansk. This factory produced electronics and components for Russian missiles. The very ones that are striking our cities, our villages, and civilians,” Zelensky said.

The head of state stressed that Ukraine is forced to defend itself against Russian aggression, while Russia has the opportunity to end the war it started.

"In fact, this is a joint war for them - for Russia, for the Iranian regime, for North Korea. It is a joint aggression against the West, against the entire democratic world, against the idea that nations and states have their rights and real significance," the President stressed.
