Fighting ongoing in Dehtiarnе, Kharkiv region – military spox

Fighting has been ongoing for a long time in the area of the settlement of Dehtiarnе in the Kharkiv region, as Russian forces are attempting to infiltrate and establish control over the border area.

This was stated by Viktor Tregubov, Spokesperson for the Joint Forces Grouping, in a comment to Ukrinform.

“Fighting has been going on there (in Dehtiarnе – ed.) for a long time,” the Spokesperson said.

Tregubov explained that Dehtiarnе is located near the border and has suffered destruction, which is why Russian forces are trying to infiltrate the area in an attempt to establish their own zone of control along the border.

“Our forces are destroying them there (in Dehtiarnе – ed.),” he noted.

According to DeepState, Russian forces have captured the village of Dehtiarnе in the Kharkiv region and expanded their zone of control in the Sumy and Donetsk regions.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, information about the alleged capture of the village of Ternuvate in the Zaporizhzhia region by Russian troops does not correspond to reality – the settlement remains under the control of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
