The Vinnytsia region is under massive rocket and drone attack by Russians; explosions were heard in the regional center.
A Ukrinform correspondent reported this.
“Vinnytsia region is under a massive air attack by the enemy,” wrote Natalia Zabolotna, head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, on her Telegram channel.
Mayor Serhii Morhunov reported the explosions in Vinnytsia on Telegram. “More information to follow,” he added.
As reported by Ukrinform, an air raid alert has been declared throughout Ukraine due to the missile threat.
