The Russian command is transferring two motorized rifle brigades to the Huliaipole sector due to heavy personnel losses.

This was stated in a comment to Ukrinform by Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces.

“Due to the losses the enemy suffers every day in the Huliaipole sector, the Russian command is bringing in new forces—two motorized rifle brigades. These are the brigades that have undergone recovery, Voloshyn said.

He stressed that this is not a transfer of enemy forces from other sectors, but rather the formation of new brigades.

“We will actually be finishing off the third enemy group here, that is, the third ‘set’ of military units and subunits fighting in this sector,” the spokesman explained.
