Injury toll in MLRS strike on Zaporizhzhia rises to six
The enemy launched two MLRS strikes on a residential district of Zaporizhzhia in the morning. The number of injured has risen to six. Most of them will receive treatment at home.
This was reported on Telegram by Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov, according to Ukrinform.
“Already six people have been injured, one person has been hospitalized – the number of victims of the enemy attack on Zaporizhzhia continues to grow,” Fedorov wrote.
It is noted that the victims sustained shrapnel injuries, cuts, stress reactions, and concussions. One person was hospitalized after seeking medical assistance, while the others will be treated at home.
Speaking on the national news marathon United News, Fedorov specified that at around 4:40 the enemy carried out two MLRS strikes on the city. Fourteen apartment buildings were damaged, with windows and doors blown out in about 200 apartments. All relevant services are working at the scene.
Earlier reports said that a crater formed in the courtyard of a high-rise building and several dozen cars were burned.
