Russian drone attacks mobile Ukrposhta post office in Kherson region
A Russian drone has attacked a mobile Ukrposhta post office in a village in the Kherson region.
Ukrposhta CEO Ihor Smiliansky reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“Unfortunately, the enemy continues to attack Ukrposhta’s infrastructure. This weekend is no exception,” the statement said.
According to Smiliansky, in the Kherson region a drone struck a vehicle operated by the postal service that was functioning as a mobile post office while the team was serving residents of the village. In Druzhkivka, Donetsk region, shells from a Smerch multiple launch rocket system landed near an Ukrposhta post office.
The Ukrposhta CEO noted that company employees were not injured.
Damage is being repaired.
As reported, four people were injured over the past day as a result of enemy strikes in the Kherson region.
