Russians attack car with drones in Kharkiv region: Two volunteers delivering bread killed
On January 22, two volunteers were killed and one man was wounded in the border community of Derhachi in the Kharkiv region as a result of Russian strikes with FPV drones.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Derhachi Military Administration, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, according to Ukrinform.
“Today, between 11:30 and 12:00, the Russians carried out attacks with FPV drones on Kozacha Lopan and Ruska Lozova, killing two and injuring another local resident,” the message says.
According to Zadorenko, at the entrance to Kozacha Lopan, the occupiers targeted a civilian car in which two local volunteers were delivering bread to residents who still live in the village.
“The car was destroyed, and two men, aged 35 and 63, who were inside, died on the spot from their injuries,” the head of the administration said.
At about the same time, the Russians attacked a civilian car traveling through Ruska Lozova.
“There were two men in the car, who, fortunately, managed to get out in time. One of them, a 70-year-old local resident, sought medical attention a little later. Fortunately, his life is not in danger at this time,” he said.
As reported by Ukrinform, a woman was injured in the Kharkiv region yesterday as a result of Russian shelling.
