In Tatarstan, drones attack Tatneft oil facility

In Russia, local authorities in the Almetyevsk district of Tatarstan reported the “falling debris” of Ukrainian drones and a fire at the Tatneft PJSC tank farm.

This was reported by the Astra Telegram channel, citing district head Guzel Khabutdinova, according to Ukrinform.

The district head confirmed the drone attack on the oil facility, which, according to her, was shot down by air defense systems.

She noted that a fire broke out on the territory of the “oil technology system facility” due to “falling debris” from the drones. At the same time, the Russian official claims that the fire has already been extinguished and that it “did not affect the operability of the equipment.”
