Russian army loses 1,090 troops, three tanks over past day
The total combat losses of Russian forces in the war against Ukraine from February 24, 2022 to December 24, 2025 amount to approximately 1,200,370 personnel, including 1,090 in the past 24 hours.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated this in a Facebook post, Ukrinform reports.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukrainian forces have destroyed 11,449 (+3) Russian tanks, 23,796 (+4) armored fighting vehicles, 35,376 (+45) artillery systems, 1,579 multiple rocket launchers, 1,263 anti-aircraft warfare systems, and 4,107 (+34) cruise missiles. The Russian army has also lost 434 warplanes, 347 helicopters, 94,197 (+1031) tactical unmanned aerial systems, 28 warships/cutters, 2 submarines, 71,125 (+159) vehicles and fuel trucks, and 4,029 pieces of special equipment.

As Ukrinform reported, on December 23, as of 22:00, there were 110 combat clashes on the front, and the Russians carried out 29 attacks on the Pokrovsk axis.
