Russians strike central Kherson, damaging residential buildings, critical infrastructure

Russian forces shelled central Kherson with artillery on Friday morning, damaging residential buildings and critical infrastructure.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, who published a video showing the aftermath of the shelling.

“Early in the morning, Russian invaders shelled central Kherson. The enemy used artillery against residential buildings. As a result of numerous hits, windows were blown out in homes, facades and roofs were damaged. Critical infrastructure was also destroyed,” Prokudin said.

According to him, there were no injuries among local residents.

As reported by Ukrinform, on December 18, two people were killed and 12 others were wounded in Kherson region as a result of Russian strikes.
