Woman injured in Russian drone attack on village in Kherson region

Russian forces attacked the village of Novovorontsovka in the Kherson region using an unmanned aerial vehicle, injuring a 62-year-old woman in her own home.

According to Ukrinform, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported the incident on Telegram.

"At around 14:20, Russian occupiers launched a drone attack on Novovorontsovka," the report said.

The woman suffered a blast injury and shrapnel wound to her leg. She was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.

On November 24, a drone strike on an administrative building in Novovorontsovka killed a 62-year-old council employee. A 61-year-old resident also sustained a blast injury and shrapnel wounds.

Earlier, on November 18, a Russian drone attacked a community utility vehicle at the entrance to Novovorontsovka, killing a 61-year-old utility worker and injuring his 50-year-old colleague.
