Air defense forces neutralize 452 out of 486 enemy targets

During the night of November 25, Russian forces launched a combined strike on Ukraine's critical infrastructure using attack UAVs and air, sea, and ground-launched missiles. As of 10:00, Ukraine's air defense had shot down/suppressed 452 enemy aerial targets.

According to Ukrinform, the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram.

"On the night of November 25 (starting from 18:00 on November 24), the enemy carried out a combined strike on Ukraine's critical infrastructure using attack UAVs and air, sea, and ground-launched missiles," the statement reads.

It is noted that in total, Air Force radio technical troops detected and tracked 486 air attack assets, 22 missiles and 464 UAVs of various types:

  • 464 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera categories launched from Shatalovo, Kursk, Orel, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, and Hvardiyske in temporarily occupied Crimea;
  • 4 Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles (form Ryazan region, Russia);
  • 7 Iskander-K cruise missiles (from Kursk region, Russia);
  • 8 Kalibr cruise missiles (from the Black Sea);
  • 3 Iskander-M ballistic missiles (from Bryansk region, Russia).

According to the press service, as of 10:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 452 aerial targets:

  • 438 enemy UAVs of the Shahed and Gerbera types;
  • 1 Kh-47M2 Kinzhal aeroballistic missile;
  • 5 Iskander-K cruise missiles; 5 Kalibr cruise missiles;
  • 3 Iskander-M ballistic missiles

Missile impacts and 26 attack UAV strikes were recorded at 15 locations, as well as crashes of downed drones (debris) at 12 locations.

The press service noted that aviation, anti-air missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces repelled the air attack.

As reported by Ukrinform, there were 183 combat engagements on the front line on November 24 between Ukraine's Defense Forces and Russian invaders.
