Balakliia shows aftermath of Russian missile strike: dozens of homes, kindergarten damaged

In Balakliia, Kharkiv region, a missile strike damaged 13 apartment buildings and 12 private homes, as well as a kindergarten.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform says.

“At least 13 apartment buildings were damaged, three of them severely. Twelve private homes and a kindergarten were also destroyed or damaged. Nearly 1,000 windows were blown out,” the post reads.

Syniehubov added that emergency crews are continuing to deal with the consequences of the strike.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, during the night of November 17, Russians attacked Balakliia with two Iskander missiles. Three people were killed, while 15 suffered injuries and acute shock.
