Energy and transport infrastructure damaged in Odesa region due to Russian strikes, one person injured
On the night of October 29, Russian troops struck civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region, causing damage, leaving some users without electricity, and injuring one person.
According to Ukrinform, the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported the news on Telegram.
“Despite the active work of the Air Defense Forces, damage to energy and transport infrastructure facilities has been recorded. Unfortunately, one casualty has been provided with the necessary medical assistance,” stated the Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
According to Kiper, the enemy attack caused a fire, which rescue workers quickly extinguished.
Power engineers are already working to restore the power supply. Critical infrastructure facilities are operating on generators.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the morning of October 29, Russian troops attacked a critical infrastructure facility in Chernihiv.
