Russians shell UN humanitarian aid trucks in Kherson region

Early on October 14, Russian forces attacked four vehicles of a humanitarian mission in Bilozerka community of Kherson region, using drones and artillery.

This was reported on Telegram by Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.

“Russia once again showed its true, disgusting face by attacking a humanitarian mission in Kherson region. In the morning, in Bilozerka community, the invaders deliberately targeted UN OCHA trucks with drones and artillery. Four white vehicles with markings — not military equipment, but trucks delivering aid to civilians,” Prokudin said.

According to him, one truck was burned, and another was seriously damaged. Two vehicles managed to escape the attack.

“It’s a miracle no one was injured,” he added.

“Today, the so-called ‘second army of the world’ managed to defeat a few tons of humanitarian aid. It’s an act of terrorism — there’s nothing more to add,” Prokudin emphasized.
