Ukraine strikes Russian drone storage site near Donetsk airport with SCALP missiles

SCALP missiles struck a storage site for Russian strike unmanned aerial vehicles near Donetsk Airport.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

According to the statement, yesterday and overnight into April 14, Ukrainian defenders hit a number of key Russian military targets. In particular, they targeted storage facilities for strike UAVs in the temporarily occupied part of the Donetsk region, using SCALP cruise missiles and GBU-39 guided aerial bombs.

Ukrainian forces also struck Russian ammunition depots with attack drones in the areas of Azovske in the Zaporizhzhia region, as well as Urzuf and Kulikivske in the Donetsk region.

The extent of enemy losses and damage is being clarified.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, Ukraine’s Defense Forces also carried out a large-scale overnight attack on Crimea, and a substation was hit in Melitopol.
