In Salsk, Rostov Region, Russian Federation, a railway and logistics hub of Russian troops were attacked at night.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Telegram by Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

"At night, a railway and a certain resource base of the Russians in the Rostov region, the city of Salsk, were attacked. There is a logistics hub there for transferring resources, fuel, ammunition, and other cargo to the front in the Donetsk region, as well as south to the temporarily occupied Crimea and Zaporizhzhia region," Kovalenko said.

According to him, the railway is the artery of war, and without logistics, the speed of the Russian army's actions on the front line is slowed down.

As reported by Ukrinform, on Monday, July 28, the single portal of public services “Gosuslugi” stopped working in Russia.
