Russia’s war casualty toll in Ukraine up by 1,250 over past day

The total combat losses of Russian forces from February 24, 2022, to March 5, 2025, amount to approximately 880,660 personnel, with 1,250 soldiers lost in the past 24 hours.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.

Additionally, Ukraine’s Defense Forces destroyed: 10,256 (+1) Russian tanks, 21,304 (+6) armored fighting vehicles, 24,087 (+23) artillery systems, 1,306 (+0) multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), 1,094 (+0) air defense systems, 370 (+0) aircraft, 331 (+0) helicopters, 27,849 (+108) operational-tactical UAVs, 3,085 (+0) cruise missiles, 28 (+0) warships/boats, one (+0) submarine, 39,512 (+84) vehicles and fuel trucks, 3,769 (+1) units of special equipment.
